By using our web site, you consent to our privacy policy and its contents.
The information we collect is used to purely for operational use to fulfil your order. If the need to contact you arises it allows us to deal with any issues in an efficient manner.
We do not sell or pass information to any other companies.

We use cookies to store information including your preferences on our site, it also tells us which areas of our web site you have visited. It also optimises your experience with us as it will customise the information that we hope you will want to see.

Please ensure you read our T’s & C’s before ordering. Once you place your order with us we assume you are happy with everything stated.
We reserve the right to update our terms and conditions as necessary. It is your responsibility as the consumer to ensure you regularly check our policies with each purchase you make to observe any changes we may make.

Refund Policy

When you place an order with us- the products that we send are perishable therefore exempt of any standard 14 day cooling period.
If for any reason you wish to return any non perishable items then that this would be at your own cost and the items must be returned in original, perfect condition. This does not include any fresh or frozen items.
Requests for cancellations must be received by 9am on your dispatch date ( the day preceeding your delivery day). We make most items for your order so once we have committed to making we cannot cancel or refund once we are committed.
Before you complete your purchase on our web site, please ensure you read the summary of your order.
Once the order has been placed, please ensure you read your order confirmation that is automatically generated via our web site. We cannot be deemed responsible for your order if you have placed it incorrectly.
If your order arrives damaged-
In the unfortunate event your order arrives damaged. Please send an image of the damaged product along with your order number and name with accompanying details of the problem.
If the parcel is damaged through no fault of your own, we will happily replace or refund the items which have been affected. Please note that we do not refund for late deliveries as this is beyond our control

Complaints Procedure

We make every effort to ensure our hampers depart from here with the upmost care. However, if you should be unhappy with your order, we do take this very seriously and like to think that we deal with it fairly and effectively.

We will require the following information to investigate into your complaint-

-Your contact name and number and email address
-Order/Invoice number
-Description of goods
-The reason for your complaint

Once we have these details we will then try to deal with your complaint as quickly as possible. Sometimes we may need to contact third parties such as our couriers to gain information but we will keep you updated during the process.
It is very important to us that you are happy with the goods you order from us.
Your complaint will be always kept strictly confidential.



We arrange deliveries from Tuesday to Saturday.
Saturdays- We do provide Saturday deliveries, which incur a surcharge of £6.95 per order. Our deliveries on Tuesday through to Friday are FREE.
Sundays and Mondays are not available as we make our products to order.
If you have given us your phone or/and email details, you should be able to track your order and will be given estimated times of delivery from our courier.
Important Information about Delivery Days-
Despite our best efforts to ensure your hamper arrives on your chosen delivery date, this is not guaranteed. Couriers at times experience delays and we simply cannot control such instances from our end. (as much as we would love to!)

Where do we deliver?

We only deliver within the UK and as with any delivery service there are exemptions. Please visit our Delivery page for information.
We do not deliver outside the UK.



All our prices include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to adjust our prices if the VAT rate changes by law or our suppliers change their current prices.



Refusal of an order

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders of our choosing.
For example- this could be for licensing/alcohol reasons if we suspect a child may have placed an order or if we think fraud or money laundering is suspected.
