Allergen Statement

As many of the key items in our cream teas are handmade in our kitchen where we produce many varied dishes and items day to day and whilst we make every effort to keep our kitchen to a high standard of cleanliness to do our best to prevent cross contamination, It does mean that there is still a risk of allergens from products such as nuts, soya, gluten for example that may not be stated on our ingredient lists.
The lists of ingredients of each hamper can be found below and the items themselves arrive labelled in the hampers.
If, however anything at all seems unclear, then please do not hesitate to contact us before you place your order and we will happily assist you.

Ingredients: Gluten free plain flour blend (potato, rice tapioca, maize, buckwheat), almonds (nuts), Dorset Buttermilk (milk), Butter (milk), sugar, gluten free baking powder (mono calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch), Xanthum gum (E415)

Dorset Belgian Double Chocolate Chip Buttermilk Scones (pack of 2)

Dorset Home Made Strawberry Jam (140g net)

Lovingly Prepared with 51g of fruit per 100g
Ingredients: Strawberries, Sugar, Lemon Juice and nothing else!
Refrigerate after opening ( if you don’t eat it all up with your lovely scones and clotted cream ! )

Dorset Cultured Cream (250g carton)

Made with Cream (Milk) and live lactobacillus cultures.
Fresh, unhomogenised cream gently pasteurised in batches before being fermented and allowed to mature to create a distinctive fuller, richer flavour. Similar to crème fraiche.
